SuperKeys for iPad and iPhone
SuperKeys doesn't appear
The SuperKeys keyboard doesn't appear when Guided Access is turned on.
Resolution
This problem is caused by a bug in iOS 8.02, which affects all third-party keyboards.
To resolve this problem, update to the latest version of iOS:
- Open your device's Settings app.
- In the left pane, tap General.
- In the right pane, tap Software Update.
