The Crick USB Switch Box isn't working
You've plugged it in but it doesn't seem to be working.
Resolution
To resolve the problem, try the following:
- If using a laptop, ensure it's plugged in rather than running on battery power.
- Connect the Switch Box to a different USB port.
- Use a different USB cable.
- Use a powered USB hub.
- Connect the Switch Box to a different computer.
If the Switch Box still isn't working after trying all these steps, please contact Support.
