Gemma is our Customer Experience Manager. She started at Crick as an Education Consultant in 2017 before developing our Customer Experience Team. Her previous role was in Education as an MFL Teacher in various secondary schools in Northamptonshire. She has years of experience supporting a wide range of settings to use our software effectively with their learners.
