You purchased Clicker apps from Apple's Volume Store (formerly the Volume Purchase Programme) before 2021. When trying to deploy them to iPads using your MDM, you receive an error stating that they are no longer available.

Resolution

The following apps were delisted from the App Store in 2020:

• Clicker Sentences
• Clicker Connect
• Clicker Docs
• Clicker Books (first version)

This is because our new apps offer the same functionality combined with new and improved features.

According to Apple's documentation, delisted apps should remain accessible to those who purchased them. Unfortunately, its become evident that some customers who purchased via Apple's Volume Store have had issues with ongoing usage.
